The ToolBox AI assistant is a full-featured chatbot that runs right here, on our own servers: ask questions, write and edit text, translate, brainstorm, get code explained and solve problems step by step. There is no account, no phone number and no credit card — open the page and start typing.
Analyze PDF, Word, Excel and CSV files
Attach a file and ask in plain language: “summarize this contract”, “pull the key points from these notes”, “check this invoice”. For spreadsheets, the assistant analyzes your data with real Python code — sums, averages, trends, comparisons — and draws professional charts you can download, right inside the conversation.
Generate images, read images
Type “generate an image of …” and get a picture in seconds — for posts, banners or ideas. It works the other way too: send a photo and the assistant describes it, extracts its text (OCR) or answers questions about it.
Live web search with sources
When a question needs fresh information — prices, news, events — the assistant searches the web itself, reads the results and answers with source links: a search engine and a smart assistant in one place.

The engine is the latest open-source Qwen model — natively multimodal, understanding text and images together, and competitive with leading commercial models. Because everything runs on our own infrastructure, your conversations and files are never sent to any third-party company, and files are deleted from the server after a short time.

Yes — completely free with no sign-up. Each user gets up to 30 messages per day.
Which AI model powers it?
The latest generation of the open-source Qwen model (by Alibaba), which understands both text and images and has strong multilingual support. It runs on our own GPU servers.
What files can I send?
PDF, Word (docx), Excel (xlsx), CSV, plain text and images (JPG, PNG, WEBP) — up to 25 MB per file and 4 files per message.
How do I get a chart from my data?
Attach an Excel or CSV file and write 'analyze this and draw a chart' — the AI analyzes your data with Python code and shows a downloadable chart right in the chat.
How do I generate an image?
Just write 'generate an image of …'. The picture is created by an AI image model and you can download it in full quality.
Are my chats and files private?
Chats are only accessible from your own browser and files are deleted from the server after a short time; nothing is sent to any third-party company.
